Upon discovery of multiple accounts registered by the same individual, 777pun reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any wagers placed, forfeit any winnings, and withhold any deposited funds. 2. Use of the Platform and User Obligations

2.1 License Grant

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 777pun will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel. You agree to immediately notify 777pun of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 777pun strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. While 777pun employs industry-standard security measures to protect user accounts, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that you provide your information and use the Service at your own risk.

2.4 Intellectual Property

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

6. Termination and Account Closure

After closure, you will no longer have access to your account history or Platform features. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.

6.2 Termination by 777pun

777pun reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspicious betting patterns, abuse of bonuses or promotions, creation of multiple accounts, use of the Platform for illegal purposes, failure to provide required verification documents, or extended periods of inactivity. 6.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be deemed dormant. 777pun reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee on accounts with a positive balance. If your account becomes dormant and retains a balance, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address or mobile number on file. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting customer support.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 No Warranties

In no event shall 777pun's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your 777pun account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 777pun, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, you agree to first contact 777pun customer support to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777pun regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.

8.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8.5 Waiver

No waiver by 777pun of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by 777pun to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

8.6 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of 777pun. 777pun may freely assign these Terms and any rights and obligations hereunder in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.

8.7 Force Majeure

777pun shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
